"I have been with statefarm for many years. I have 3 cars insured and im getting the best rate with statefarm. I had an accident years ago and the claims department was so helpful I hardly did anything, everything was taken care of for me. I also have my homeowners insurance with statefarm. "I have been with this office longer than Alden Thomas. I first started with Ernie DeNofa about 30 years ago and have been satisfied until recently. I had a renters claim submitted and the claims adjuster ignores calls to obtain information on status of claim. Joe at office said to let him know if there was a problem but when I ask for assistance I was blown off. I recently had to wait 4 days for an emergency road side service issue to be completed which is unacceptable. To make it worse it ended with a tow by a company that State Farm sent and that company did something wrong in towing resulting in engine repair needs. This is from a simple flat tire. I again called for assistance with this and was dismissed. State Farm has taken my payments for over 30 years but when it comes to honoring their end of the deal they disappoint. I would have highly recommended them but now strongly suggest to SHOP AROUND!!!!!! I thought they cared about their customers. Obviously I was mistaken"

While we don’t control claims processing, we always strive to advocate for our clients and assist wherever possible. We’d like the opportunity to review these situations further and work with you to resolve your concerns. "So unfortunately I have to give this place one star because i actually NEVER got the chance to work with them. The website said they open at 9am i actually showed this morning at 9:05am and the door was locked, I saw someone inside the office so when I knocked on the door thinking he would open the door since it was after 9am but unfortunately he rudely told me through the door without even opening it up they didn’t open until 9! Very disappointed for many obvious reasons. Not good customer service at all"
